Q1:Can we learn skiing and snowboarding at the same lesson?
A1:Instrucor can teach only one snow sport.
If there are ski&snowboard learners in your group, need to take lessons separately.
Q2:Can pepole with different abilities join the same lesson?
A2:We provide lessons suitable for slowest learner of the group.
Q3:What is included and not included in the lesson fee?
A3:The lesson fee is included only the lesson by instructor to start/improve your skiing and
snowboarding skils.
And not including to prepare ski and snowboard gears such as skis/snowboard,
ski/snowboard boots, ski poles, waterproof wear, helmet/beanie, gloves,
goggles/sunglasses, lift ticket.
Please prepare these gears yourself.
Our ski school do not provide you any skis/snowbords rental.
Please ask to your accommodation reception if you need to rent them.
(Instructors do not use ski lift for the first time skier's lesson, unnecessary to buy ticket)
Q4:Should we book the lesson in advance?
A4:Prebooking is recommended as the number of instructors are limited.
Q5:How can we book a lesson?
A5:Please fill in the booking form below for the
reservation and submit it.
We will send confirmation E-mail to you in a week or so.

Q6:Can we extend our lesson on the day and learn more?
A6:If the instoructor has no lesson reservation,we will be able to provide you a lesson on the day.
If you would like to have a lesson extension,please ask to your instructor.
Q7:What if we need to cancel the reservation?
A7:For the cancellation, "the booking number, date of your reservation, the name of reservation"
are needed.
About our cancellation policy, there is no cancellation fee till 2days before the reservation date.
cancellation fee of 1day before the reservation \5,000, on the reservation date 100% of the
lesson fee.

Q8:What if the weather condition is bad?
A8:As long as the ski area is in operation, we will provide you the lesson.
The ski area is closed because of the bad weather, it will be able to refund of your reservation.
Q9:Do you accept creditcards?
A9:No, we accept only Japanese Yen in cash at ski school front desk.
Q10:How and when should we pay?
A10:Please come directly to the ski school.
Please pay lesson fee 30min before the lesson starts.
If it will not be paid by 30min before the lesson starts,
it may be canceled in this case.
Q11:Will we use the ski lift during the lesson?
A11:We will not use ski lift for the beginners lesson.
Q12:The ski lessons are coverd by insurance?
A12:There is no insurance covered for foreign guests.
The ski school will not take any responsibility for any acciednts or injuries during the lesson.
